Twoflip: Tile Flip Puzzle Terms of Use
Effective date: November 1, 2026. Last updated: November 1, 2026
These terms are between you and Ozsly LLC, Minnesota, USA ("we"). By playing Twoflip, in the app or on the web, you agree to them. If you downloaded the app from the Apple App Store, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement also applies. If you downloaded it from Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service also apply.
License
We give you a personal, non-transferable license to play Twoflip on devices you own or control. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer or modify the game, except where the law allows it.
Purchases
Twoflip has no in-app purchases, in the app or on the web.
Ads and rewards
The app offers optional ads, provided by Google AdMob, that you can choose to watch to unlock skins. The Twoflip game itself shows no ads on the web, where every skin is unlocked; ads on the Two Tone Arcade page around it are covered by the arcade's own Privacy Policy. In the app, locked skins can be unlocked by reaching a play goal or by choosing to watch an ad. Watching an ad is always optional, and hints never require one. A skin offered for an ad unlocks once the ad has been watched to the end; if an ad doesn't load or is closed early, no reward is given. Skins have no cash value and can't be traded. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads or the sites they link to.
Your game data
Level progress, stars, streaks and unlocked skins are stored only on your device or in your browser. We can't recover them if you delete the app, clear your browser data or change devices.
Changes and availability
We may update, change or stop offering the game or any feature at any time. We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version.
No warranty
The game is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the game in the past 12 months.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, USA, except where your local consumer law gives you more protection.
